Your personal trainer at Atlas will build a programme around you from the ground up. Your goals, your lifestyle, your starting point. Whether you are returning from injury, preparing for a competition, breaking through a plateau, or simply want expert guidance to train with more confidence and intent, one-to-one coaching delivers results that general gym use alone cannot.

Sessions take place across both floors, making full use of the world-class equipment available at Atlas. Your trainer will have a thorough knowledge of every machine in the facility and will know exactly how to use it to get the best out of you.
